Lunch and Feast Menus

People with food questions: We are planning a simple English country-style medieval feast, in keeping with the start-of-harvest festival that is Lammas-Tide. We will not be using cinnamon and almonds will be the only nut used.

Lunch: Fund-Raiser Lunch: Members of the Shire of Forth Castle invite you to purchase a delicous economical mid-day meal of meat and cheese sandwiches, fruit salad, chips, and a drink.

This is a dry site.

3 rd remove: 
Henne in Brokenade (chicken stewed with herbs)
Sauce gauncil (garlic sauce)
Losyns (lasagna with cheese)

4 th remove: 
Fish in Brasey (fish in a wine sauce)
Blawmanger (rice)

5 th remove: 
Sweet seed cakes with fresh fruit
