Coming from Savannah, Macon or Atlanta, take your favorite exit off Interstate-16 and drive on Highway 67 or Highway 301 past Georgia Southern University. | From Macon or Atlanta • Take your best route to I-16 SOUTH. • Take Exit 116 and turn left to cross over the highway. • Drive 8 miles on Highway 301 north and enter Statesboro. The highway becomes South Main Street and you pass Georgia Southern University on your right. • Turn right onto Tillman Road (stoplight) and drive one block. • Turn left onto Fair Road (stoplight) and drive one block, past the triangle-shaped Fair Road Park . • Take the first right turn (no stoplight) onto Max Lockwood Drive , where Honey Bowen Building is located. From Savannah or Brunswick/Florida • Take your best route to I-16 NORTH. • Take Exit 127 on your right. • Drive 13 miles north on Highway 67, and enter Statesboro. The highway becomes Fair Road and you pass Georgia Southern University on your left. • After the Tillman Road/South Zetterower Avenue crossroads (stoplight), drive one block, past the triangle-shaped Fair Road Park . • Take your first available right turn (no stoplight) onto Max Lockwood Drive , where Honey Bowen Building is located. From Augusta • Take Hwy 25 SOUTH out of Augusta . • Go through Waynesboro and Millen. • At the intersection of Hwy 80, go East. • As you enter Statesboro, the highway becomes Northside Drive . • At North Main Street (stoplight), turn left. • Drive straight through town. The street becomes South Main Street and splits into a Y-shape (no stoplight) just as you cross the railroad tracks. • Take the left fork of the Y: to do this, turn left on West Brannon Street toward the restaurant parking lot, then immediately turn right onto Fair Road . · Drive past the smallish strip mall. · Take your first available left turn (no stoplight) onto Max Lockwood Drive , where Honey Bowen Building is located. |
